Rear ones are the same. Front ones are specific to the GPA and are stamped Model GPA Amphibian, they are more heavy duty.

Late Steering wheel color

Gentlemen,

Am I correct that the late (metal spoke) steering wheel is all green?

Thanks,

Bilge Valve Arm

Gentlemen, On the passenger side floor where the bilge valve control arm comes through (to switch from front to rear pickup) there are screw holes. Was there a leather boot or something to seal that up... similar to the PTO. Two of my floors I checked both have the holes, so I think its original. Do...

That looks useful.... and I like that it was done with no new holes to the GPA :) I guess if the GPA was more successful Ford would have come up with something very similar.

Bob,

I was going to order a set.... they are only 10 dollars each... so 20 USD for both. I believe Ron will ship international... I'll check when I order mine... I can certainly get you a set if you can't get it direct.

David,

I don't know the answer to your question but I've been told the GPW length will work.. that is what I am going with. But I have not fitted mine up yet... should be in the next couple of months or so though...

Bob,

Yes I see it... thanks.... I don't want you to have to take it off... but maybe just some measurements would help.... what does it do closest to the hull... does it lip over the floor or stop... looks like there is a bent rise parallel to the hull or is that the end?

Thanks,
Tony

Once again to clarify what I meant... there is no plate around the hole in a circle.. but there is one that closes part of the gap the bilge pipe comes up through....

Got it!

Thanks,
Tony

Ahhhhh.... now I get it... didn't even know they existed... I will have to dig through the parts looking for these... thanks so much! So I guess this picture also answers my question that there is no plate around the hole the bilge pipe comes up?

Bob,

Thanks for the incredibly quick response as always :) I'm a bit confused, how does the bilge pipe come up through these? Or are these for something else? I don't recognize them.
