Thanks Rick

Too bad it does not have the back end of a Ford GP to make it the most appealing restoration project "down under".

Thanks a gain for those great pics

Cheers

Mithril, great idea about the repro

Karl, I would go for one. I would also love the repro (or original) of rear end bracket for the pole (I have the front bracket).

Cheers

Dear Peter

Have you considered making a few extra panels? I will soon go through the same restoration process with my hull, and I know I will need those parts. I am probably not the only one as this is the weak part in the GPA.

Bonjour Dominique

Great pictures, thanks a lot. By the way, where did you find that amazing sailing spot?

If you plan a trip to Paris, do not forget to call me; I will take you on a tour of our club. This invitation is obviously extended to all board members.

Cheers

David This could also be a repro side panel. I am almost certain the early side panels had the horizontal grove; the late side panel model had, in addition, a hull to panel reenforcing bracket. I believe the flat side panels were only on prototype GPAs. Mithril is in vacation at the moment, he will ...

Dear Peter,

Still here but busy at work. I would be interested in a firewall pad repro, depending on price. Put me on the list as "tentative".

Normandy

Dear friends I am planning to be in Normandy on June 3, 4, and 5. Is anyone coming too, it would be my pleasure to see you there? I won't take my GPA for I am driving there with my 6 year old son, and he is a bit young to endure the adventures of riding a 60 year old amphibious vehicle on such a lon...

My Dear Mithril,

You are just the ultimate collector; you get into the most authentic detail.

I would not be surprised if I learned on day that you have got a NOS stock of gas to drive your GPA

Dear Bob,

Great idea, I am planning to do the same. I took my GPA into the Seine river (Paris) last week and my bilge pump did not work. I used a hand operated pump to take the result of a minor leak out. I wish I would have had an electrical pump like yours.

Thks
