Here a small modification for the transfer case.
Instead of the single oil seal of the tranfer case
at the handbrake side a modification for a dubble seal.
You can put 2 SKF oil seals behind each other.
SKF 15649 and SKF 15635 .

Re: Tranfer case seals
Bob,
I just bought the transfer case seals that you recommended. Do you have any tips as far as which seal goes in first etc?
Thanks,
-Steve

Re: Tranfer case seals
Goodday Steve,
Sorry for the delay, but I 've been busy the last days.
The small one,15649 first in the unit, with the number on the seal facing outwards.
Seccond Nbr 2 15635 with the number and close side facing outwards.
Check if the yoke fits well and after installing put grease on the yoke and the seal rubber.
Good luck, Bob
