Donovan,
I replaced both the front and rear bump rails. On the front I left the small strip of metal that holds the caged
nuts that the deck screws attach to. As you can see the rear rail was beyond repair without large amounts of lead or bondo. I just finished putting in new caged nuts on the rear rail.

David, is the red semigloss a primer or are you just using up some left over paint for your base top coats? David
