No welded hook on the dashboard for the radio microphone, David ?

My own one (GPA 7177) do not show too any evidence this kind of hook has been once welded to the dashboard.

It was present on my previous one (GPA 3403) ...

Maybe a field modification ?

Congratulation David for your fantastic work sunny , you have really done a perfect restoration job !!
My Gpa 3052 , has no microphone hook , and has no evidence of it been there at one time .
