Need Bilge Pipe Measurements

Everyone,

I need measurements of the two bilge pickup pipes. I need measurements of the short one that empties the mid section (which I do not have) and the length of the end on the long pipe (from the top of the 90 degree bend to the bottom of the front bilge). I have this part but it is heavily corroded at the end and I cannot tell how long it was but since I do not have everything built I cannot put it in and measure. :(

I would appreciate it if someone who is in the process of restoring could measure and let me know what these lengths are.

Thanks,

Donovan.

No problem. I have plenty of time, just trying to get other things done as I wait for my hull so in the end is is one big erector set!

Thanks,

Donovan.

Anyone, I still need the length of the end of the long piece from top to bottom and measurements of the short pipe for the mid section.

Thanks,

Donovan.

Everyone,

Thank you. The pictures and measurements have been very helpful. I will probably make it a little longer and then make a final adjustment when I am closer to assembly. I am just trying to get as many pieces done as I wait for the hull to be finished.

By the way, does anyone have an extra compression nut for the bilge pipe?

Thanks for all your help,

Donovan.

Mithril,

The parts manual does not list a separate part number but does list it like this:

GPA-15421 Pipe & Nut assy. - Bilge pump - Rear compartment.

I am only interested in the "Nut".

Thanks,

Donovan.

Ok Donovan, you only need the large nut.

I think I know where to find some original ones ... I will ask the owner and post his answer.

Glenn,

Thank you. I had forgotten that Richard made these.

Leo,

I appreciate the picture of the short pipe but does anyone have some measurements they can give me for the short pipe (for the middle section to the bilge valve)?

Thanks,

Donovan.
