Dashboard Plates

Does anyone know which plate is supposed to come on the very right side of the dashboard ?
When I got my GPA, all plates were missing and only holes were present.
But I have never seen a plate fitting the 4 holes apparent on the right side. I guess possibly it could be relating to radio.
Has anybody ever seen such plate ?
The photo where you can see the 4 holes was taken during restoration 2 years ago
