Gentlemen,

I asked this before but got two different answers. Perhaps we could get a consensus on how this should work? Glenn posted some pictures showing a rubber hose with a metal fittling right on the intake manifold. David Welch has some pictures showing a length of steel or copper tube with a fitting on the manifold and then a rubber hose on that. Bother hoses were routed through the lower and smaller hole in the duct box leading away from the engine and up through the cowl hole to run up the windshield joining into a metal line high enough to give slack to lower the windshield.

I am thinking that David's makes more sense moving the rubber hose away from the engine. But I really don't know the answer.... Could I get other opinions on this as I am to this point. Also going to tap off the rear vacuum fitting on the manifold, I have no center one as previously discussed.

Thanks,
Tony
