Hi Cees,

If the problem is "the sheet metal part of the pulley assy.", you can use a good used or "nos" crankshaft pully (same size!) with the innerpart removed with help of a lathe.
New rivets, and the job is done!

Jan

Jan,

It is not the sheet metal it is the inner part + the rivets hole's are worn out.

Hi Cees,

If Manny wants to restore/safe the old pulley he can drill maybe new holes. Let the old ones or fill it up with some steel by welding or else.
I had the same problem years ago. After nearly 30 year its still in running condition.
I sure know... "NOS" is the best!!! :-) Hope someone can help.
Regards,
Jan

Hi Jan and Cees,

I think Jaap has them I talked about PTO parts with him a few months ago.
I am not 100 % sure but if I understood it he must have those parts.

Kind regards Peter
