Hi David,
It came from Atlanta GA, was sold surplus there after the war. I have the full history of the hull now, because the family who had it for decades came forward after I put it on Ebay.

I would be of great interrest to share this story with us. Interresting to know if FOMOCO produced some extra hulls as spare ones or rejected some during the assembly for any reason.
