Thanks very much, chaps. Now you have pointed them out, I see them in his list. The fact that he is making them means that my search in London proving fruitless is not so surprising after all. It seems to me that Richard Sanders is the answer to most of my questions.

I am now cleaning and overhauling my bilge pumping system. All is going well, even the bilge pump pulley has surrendered half a century of rust, and has come apart. But I need three more of the large brass nuts that hold the piping to the pump and changeover thing. These are two-and-five-eigths inch...

For the sake of recording such information while it is a available, I respond now while my PTO is on the workbench.
