Rear spring outrigger (rear spring mount on frame)

Post by Mithril »

Hello, I'm in the need a #GPA-5796 part to complete my frame.

If someone can help me with a good useable one, I will not remove one of the frame I still have for sale.

I also need 12 rivets if you know where to find some with the original look.

Spring mount plates

Post by richardfs »

Hi Mithril,
I have just completed the drawing for these, and I will have them finished ready to ship next week.

These are new ones that have been based on the original factory drawings. (we just had to convert them to metric and make them as a blank instead of finished assemble drawings).

Approximate price $50.00US ea. Will firm up once I have final costings.
At this stage I have made 12sets. Please let me know if you need them.

Best regards Richard Sanders

Yes Richard, they are often rotten by rust or battery acid leak ...

On my frame, one is still perfect and the other one was badly damaged ...

If you also have its correct rivets, I will go for 10.

I already know the high quality of your repros.

Hi Mithril,
I think I can help you with the rivits.
I will have a look at some originals, and machine up a batch on our CNC Lathe.

All being well Mid next week they should be close.
