GPA to identify

Who knows her ? I need to know her frame number / engine number / date of delivery and Country (Australia I suppose).

Yes this GPA is in Australia.
The only info that I have is that it is owned by Reg Butler of Parkes.
New South Wales. Australia.
He has owned it since about 1974 and the serial number is 7273 I do not no if this number is off the plate or chassis or engine.???
