GPA Bilge pump Pulleys F/S

I am in the process of rebiulding the bilge pump and reached the final stage of trying to un sieze my rusted pulley.

No amount of heat has persuaded the thread to free. :x

So I have decide to reproduce these. :D
My guys will be CNC turning these pulleys out of a solid peice of steel.
They will be exactly the same profile and shape as the originals with all the nice steps and under cuts on the sides.
As we are turning them we will make them slightly thicker in the material of the sheaves so they do not bend so easily.
Please let me know if you need one and I will calculate a price.

My Guess is around $225.00US plus shipping.

Hi Guys,
We have now finished machining the GPA Bilge pump pulleys. :D
These are machined from solid steel but with the same design as the originals an the same profiles. 8)

The pulley is a stronger than the originals but really looks the part and will run dead true. (No wobble).


This is quite a small run so if you want one please let me know.
