i have a unknow Dataplate without Numbers. Have everywhere a Information about this Plate? Thank you, Mike

Thanks for posting.
Very interesting instruction plate !
I have my doubts abouth it originality.
According my info there are only the small early one' s as Nomenclature plate
followed with the same small one but now with Ford above nomenclature.
(followed by the large one' s )
Seen the fact that there are no letters or numbers filled in I think these are never used!
But; we learn everyday ! sunny

Yes I know the large, big combination instruction plate but not the small early one with this text !
Looking at the late one it seems that the first was cut in two .

yes, i think the plate is cut.
And to you have seen the number on the grate Plate? It's a high Number: 12613
