GPA in Russia

Post by jerome »

Dear All

I was in Moscow last week and visited the war museum there.
They have a GPA but quite modified. Still a pleasure to find a nice land lease exemple
I didn't dare open the bonnet to look at the serial number cry
I recommend the museum, they have a very unique collection of trucks, planes and tanks +++

Cheers

Jerome

Hi Jerome,

Thank you for the pictures, I had a few of this GPA, but yours give me
a better vieuw of the interieur.
A pity that you were not able to note the frame number.
As far as I can see the original nomenclature plate is still there.
On this plate the number must be visible to!
Seen the old style, this must be a GPA number between 3000 and GPA 8000.
Thanks for sharing, greets Bob.

Hi Bob

Shame on me, I forgot to check the plates, I thought I needed to open the bonnet and didn't want to get in trouble.
It was less than 10 days ago with the Ukraine thing going on and the European being accused of supporting Kiev new government ..
I did not want to spend the nigth at the police station for this :-)

Cheers

J
