It was a beautifull location and organised with all details.
A "red ball route" was there where 25 military vehicles transported people through the village.
They even build a Bailey bridge for a river crossing.
A real landing beach was build with German guns, defences, "Rommel Asperges", exploding mines and granates,
bazooka's, 25 pounders and a lot of re-anacter soldiers, German, Canadian, British, American and look-a-like civilians.
With Assault boats , small and big one's the landing was played, with the finishing of 2 DUKW's and 6 Ford GPA's.
All & all a great event and with a very sunny weather.
