Window Hinge Groove

Everyone,

I need a picture of the groove where the inner and outer frames pivot. I have a NOS outer frame and a repro inner frame and there is a little binding when the inner frame is in the closed position. I want to see if I have to bend the grove on either the outer or inner frame. I am afraid if I mount the glass and try and put it in the closed position it could put too much stress on the inner frame and crack/shatter the glass.
