Hello Richard & others I mentioned it before, that GPA is incredible!! She is untouched. They painted her once but that seccond paintcoating is mostly gone and the original paint is good visible. It has 184 original miles on her total and daytrip counter!! The spare wheel has never been removed ...

Bolts or screws
Here a picture / scan of a drawning from Modification Work Orders.
There are bolts visible and no screws.
(I no now, that only the early GPA's used screws, no bolts for this)

Windshield hold down brackets
Hello Tony & others
The original material is a canvas mixed rubber.
I have exactly the same on my GPA and according
to Eugen Nick these were to the originals.
They are fastened with bolts & nuts with hollow countersunk washers.
